Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
• Certifications through CCNA, CompTIA, and/ or Amateur Radio/ HAM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and proposals with Sales/Product/PM to present Motorola solutions.
• Coordinate design and planning of customer solutions and provide pre-sales technical support.
• Cover site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, system architecture, equipment selection, and proposals.
• Implement these solutions as originally conceived.
• Own all technical aspects from award to system acceptance.
• Plan implementation, system acceptance testing, coverage testing, and system staging.
• Keep sales and customers updated on the latest Motorola technology offerings and relevance to customer needs.
