Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an expected graduation date on or after December 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment.
• Experience working with customers is desirable.
• Experience/ knowledge in radio systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless, broadband, microwave, and/or networking is desirable.
• Certifications CCNA, CompTIA, and/or Amateur Radio/HAM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and generate proposals with sales and product teams.
• Coordinate with design and planning of customer solutions using advanced technologies.
• Involve coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, and system architecture design.
• Participate in implementation of solutions as conceived.
• Manage all technical aspects from award through system acceptance.
• Plan implementation, conduct acceptance and coverage testing, and system staging.
• Keep sales teams and customers updated on Motorola Solutions’ latest technology offerings.
