Job summary

NexusTek is seeking a proactive presales Solutions Engineer to design and illustrate IT solutions for MSP projects, including cloud migrations and AI deployments. You will work with sales and delivery teams to align technology with client objectives remotely, with travel up to 20% as needed.

You will assess existing environments, prepare budgets, and produce detailed statements of work and QBRs for a growing portfolio. Strong collaboration with executives and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Consult on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions for projects including IT managed service plans, cloud migrations, and AI solutions.
• Assess existing IT environments and confidently articulate recommendations to current and prospective clients.
• Develop detailed Statement of Work documents for Client and internal guidance.
• Create budgets that map to client IT and business goals.
• Analyze, prepare, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for each client in your assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities
