The role is remote with travel up to 20%, requires PST-remote location in the US, and supports MS365, cloud, AI and cybersecurity offerings. Expect fast-paced MSP work and collaboration across teams.

• Proactive presales engineer who designs secure, scalable solutions.
• Ability to map technology to client business goals.

Responsibilities

• Consult on sale, design and delivery of IT solutions.
• Assess client IT environments and articulate recommendations.
• Create detailed Statements of Work for clients and internal teams.
• Develop budgets aligned to client IT and business goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and client stakeholders to drive success.
