Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales technical support for enterprise software.
• Strong communication, relationship, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI applications.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise messaging.
• Hands-on experience with IPaaS technologies and integration architecture.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering to enhance LLM performance.
• Proficiency using APIs from platforms such as Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives/Managers to identify customer needs and technical landscape through discovery calls.
• Assess and present Boomi solutions using the full product portfolio.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and deliver impactful presentations to enable sales.
• Discuss product capabilities with technical users and stakeholders, verifying operability via demos or proofs of concepts.
• Coordinate internal specialists to build the “win team” for prospective customers.
• Support RFI/RFP responses by answering in-scope technical questions.
• Verify operability of configurations within the customer environment.
• Perform advanced systems integration and provide technical design expertise.
