Job summary

Boomi, the data activation company, is seeking a remote US-based Presales Project Manager with 5+ years in project leadership. You’ll drive Presales programs, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate growth and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, governance, and scalable processes. Preferred locations include Philadelphia, Dallas, or Denver, with flexible remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
• Demonstrated operational rigor and effective maximization of resources while paying attention to the details.
• Hybrid analytical/creative mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement using creative solutions.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to prioritize properly and report on metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
• Training and certifications in Project Management (PMP, MPM, PgMP or equivalent) Agile/Scrum, ITIL, Salesforce.com, Java, Power BI and/or AWS are a plus.
• This is a US Based Remote role with preferred location in Philadelphia, Dallas, or Denver.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by optimizing and creating Presales programs and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the technical sales process.
• Ensure Presales teams are equipped with knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences through enablement content and reusable assets.
• Identify and implement process improvements, tools and best practices to streamline Presales workflows and operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Presales, sales, marketing, product management, and other teams to break down silos and drive growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within Presales.
• Assist the Director of Global Presales Strategies in creating data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
