Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to join our Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts Presale Engineering group. You will own solution designs, gather customer requirements, and collaborate with Sales to deliver demonstrations, pilots, and strategic engagements across utilities, energy, and retail sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years in sales, presales, or engineering, with travel 50-75% and proximity to a major airport for execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in Sales, Presales, PM, Engineering or Public Safety.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical and voice of customer requirements.
• Design solutions for infrastructure, devices, backhaul, network and apps.
• Plan deployment, migrations, or cutover activities.
• Create portable ecosystem demos for Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver presentations, demos and pilots.
• Engage with Product teams for business development and sales support.
