Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Dell Solutions Architect to collaborate with SHI account teams, Dell field teams, and customers to translate complex infrastructure requirements into defensible architectures.
This remote position will drive discovery, design, validation, and executive-level technical communication across Dell domains. You will lead technical discovery, provide architecture guidance, and develop reusable IP while integrating Dell infrastructure with VMware Cloud Foundation,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Five+ years in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or comparable customer-facing roles preferred.
- Experience leading complex Dell-based infrastructure projects and pre-sales engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Dell opportunities and translate requirements into architecture decisions and validation plans.
- Conduct customer whiteboards, workshops, and architecture reviews to defend chosen solutions.
- Create complete technical deliverables: discovery guides, reference architectures, BOMs, and migration plans.
- Collaborate with Dell field, partners, and SHI teams to align resources and drive outcomes.
