Job summary

SHI is seeking a Dell Solutions Architect to collaborate with account teams, Dell field engineers, and customers to assess complex infrastructure needs and craft defensible, outcome‑aligned architectures.

This remote role leads technical discovery, solution design, and executive‑level communication across Dell domains, building reusable IP for SHI. The role extends SHI’s guidance across multi‑vendor environments and cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• • 5+ years in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or equivalent customer‑facing roles.
• • Demonstrated ability to conduct complex infrastructure discovery, design reviews, and technical decision support.

Responsibilities

• > Qualify, scope, and lead Dell opportunities with regional teams and customers.
• < Lead discovery sessions translating business and application requirements into architecture decisions.
• < Design Dell-based solutions across compute, storage, private cloud, and networking.
• < Create reference architectures, sizing checklists, bills of material inputs, migration considerations, and risk logs.
• < Deliver customer-facing architecture reviews, workshops, and demonstrations.
