SHI International Corp. is seeking a Dell Solutions Architect to collaborate with SHI account teams, regional engineers, and Dell field teams to assess complex infrastructure needs and craft defensible, outcome-aligned architectures.

This customer-facing technical role extends the regional Solutions Engineer, drives strategic opportunities, and creates reusable IP for SHI. The position is remote with home-office setup managed by SHI.

Competenze

• Five or more years of experience in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales.
• Experience leading complex data center architecture and multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture, data points, and validation plans.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery sessions translating requirements into architecture decisions and next steps.
• Design and defend Dell-based solutions across compute, storage, private cloud, and networking.
• Develop complete technical deliverables like reference architectures and BOMs.
• Present solutions in customer-facing reviews and executive discussions.
