Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM. The role focuses on customer-facing security expertise, SIEM platform engineering, log onboarding, rule development, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems. Remote in the Northeast US per business needs.

The ideal candidate has deep identity governance knowledge, strong demos, and experience in security frameworks and certifications. Travel to SHI events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISO, Security Engineers and procurement to strengthen relationships and goals.
• Understand SHI’s services offerings by attending training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Stay current on technology trends and the industry landscape.
• Engage in lab work to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
