Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Presales Systems Engineer (HPE Networking) to drive technical leadership across the CCA region. You will design solutions, develop BOMs, deliver demos and PoCs, and enable partners and sales teams while collaborating with Vendor Management and BDMs to grow opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in presales/networking, strong communication, and proficiency in English and Spanish; travel within Central America/Caribbean may be involved, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in presales, systems engineering, networking, or a related technical role.
• Experience with enterprise network design, switching, routing, WLAN, security fundamentals, discovery, solution sizing, and BOM creation.
• Knowledge of HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions, including architecture, demonstrations, PoCs, and technical documentation.
• Experience with channel partners, distributors, resellers, or technology vendors.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Customer-focused problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple opportunities, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
• English and Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support for HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper opportunities.
• Apply hands-on expertise across both HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions.
• Help partners and sales teams design and size solutions, validate architectures, and create BOMs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and PoVs.
• Lead customer presentations, workshops, and technical discovery sessions.
• Provide technical enablement for partners, resellers, and internal teams.
• Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance.
• Participate in vendor initiatives, certifications, webinars, and training programs.
• Partner with Vendor Management and Business Development to build pipeline and help close opportunities.
• Recommend technical solutions aligned with customers’ business and technology needs.
• Help achieve vendor KPIs for enablement, demonstrations, certifications, and technical engagements.
