Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Presales Systems Engineer focusing on HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions. You will design architectures, deliver demos, PoCs, and provide technical enablement for partners and sales teams across the Caribbean and Central America region.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of presales or networking experience, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Remote work with occasional travel expected.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of presales or networking experience.
• Experience with enterprise network design, switching, routing, WLAN and security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions, including demos, PoCs, and technical documentation.
• Experience with channel partners, distributors, resellers, or technology vendors.
• Clear communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
• English and Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support for HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper opportunities.
• Apply hands-on expertise across HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions.
• Help partners and sales teams design and size solutions, validate architectures, and create BOMs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and PoVs.
• Lead customer presentations, workshops, and technical discovery sessions.
• Provide technical enablement for partners, resellers, and internal teams.
• Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance.
• Participate in vendor initiatives, certifications, webinars, and training programs.
• Partner with Vendor Management and Business Development to build pipeline and close opportunities.
• Recommend technical solutions aligned with customers' business and technology needs.
• Help achieve vendor KPIs for enablement, demonstrations, certifications, and technical engagements.

Job Description:The Presales Systems Engineer (HPE Networking) supports our CCA (Caribbean and Central America) organization by providing presales technical guidance, solution design, partner enablement, and consulting for HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions across the region.Working closely with Vendor Management, Business Development Managers (BDMs), sales teams, and channel partners, this role drives growth through technical leadership, solution design, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), training, and opportunity support.The ideal candidate combines deep networking expertise, customer-facing presales experience, and the ability to turn business needs into effective technical solutions.At TD SYNNEX, we succeed together by helping our partners and customers unlock new opportunities and create lasting business value.We welcome applications from candidates based in Guatemala, El Salvador, or Honduras.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide presales technical support for HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper opportunities.

• Deliver product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and Proofs of Value (PoVs).

• Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in presales, systems engineering, networking, or a related technical role.
• Experience with enterprise network design, switching, routing, WLAN, security fundamentals, discovery, solution sizing, and BOM creation.
• Knowledge of HPE Aruba Networking and Juniper solutions, including architecture, demonstrations, PoCs, and technical documentation.
• Experience with channel partners, distributors, resellers, or technology vendors.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Customer-focused problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple opportunities, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
• English and Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
