- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word supports organizing data and preparing correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Review premium reports, identify discrepancies, and follow up on missing or inaccurate information.
- Process payments through E-Pay and Virtual Terminal, and prepare correspondence for billing scenarios.
- Partner with other departments to investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
