Job summary

In this role, you will monitor data for discrepancies, prepare analyses for management, and collaborate with underwriting, finance, and customer service teams to optimize revenue flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year of administrative or documentation experience
• 1+ year working with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced)

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing billing operations including premium payments, invoices, receipts and reconciliations.
• Document billing processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor billing data for discrepancies, issues and opportunities for improvement and escalate as needed.
• Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders in resolving billing inquiries and escalations.
• Communicate with insurance brokers, agents and third-party administrators to address premium-related issues and reconcile accounts.
• Draft billing reports and financial analyses to management for revenue optimization and cost control.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance and customer service teams to gather and validate premium billing data.
