Qualifications

• Ability to train others and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate estimating for bids and front-end document review.
• Lead bid reviews and manage estimators.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with Product Development on proposals.
• Represent budget approach in project interviews.
• Turnover project documents to the PM team.
