Job summary

Cupertino Electric is seeking a Project Manager for Modular Data Center initiatives. You will oversee day-to-day modular project operations, drive planning, production, and financial performance, and lead a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Travel to the plant is expected. You will apply expertise in estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost accounting, while engaging with union workforces and ensuring safe, reliable project execution.

Qualifications

• Education and experience qualifying for leadership of multi-million-dollar electrical construction projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, and reporting.
• Knowledge of union workforces and labor rate calculations.
• Strong safety, integrity, and communication practices in field and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead modular data center projects from qualification through closeout within budgets and schedules.
• Develop project execution plans and coordinate with product development and production teams.
• Identify risks and implement recovery actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage invoices, budgets, job costs, and productivity; monitor financial performance.
• Negotiate change orders and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Serve as primary contact with customers and end users, ensuring professional communication.
