Job summary

The role reports to the Director, Project Management and requires strong budgeting, design-build experience, and client engagement skills. This position supports modular data center initiatives and cross-functional teams within CEI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities including RFPs, estimates, procurement, and deliverables.
• Manage client relations in coordination with the PM team.
• Collaborate on budgeting and bid strategy.
• Coordinate with product development on proposal documents.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor management.
