Optiv is seeking a remote Pre-Sales Partner Architect with 5+ years in enterprise identity security to drive solution demonstrations, enablement, and client engagement across IAM, PAM, and IGA domains.

You will champion partner technologies, develop scalable sales tools, and collaborate with delivery teams to align architectures and roadmaps. This role emphasizes enablement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration within a remote US context.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise identity security experience across IAM, PAM, EPM, IGA, or machine identity security.
• Experience with enterprise identity security platforms like CyberArk, IDIRA, Ping Identity, Okta, or comparable solutions.
• Strong expertise in at least one identity security domain and broad IDIRA knowledge.
• Understanding of modern privileged access controls and least-privilege concepts.
• Familiarity with machine identity security, secrets management, PKI, and SSH keys.
• Understanding of identity governance, access reviews, ITDR.
• Knowledge of AI agent security requirements and least-privilege access.
• Knowledge of hybrid/cloud infrastructure, APIs, and automation integration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of partner technologies to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain technical sales tools and documentation, including sizing guidelines and integration guides.
• Lead use case development and create reusable demonstration assets.
• Build and execute enablement sessions and workshops for sales and technical teams.
• Define and document solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignment for partner technologies.
• Provide SKU guidance, bundling strategies, and partner service mapping.
• Collaborate with client advisory and delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices and deployment standards.
• Validate service offerings and scoping for technical accuracy and consistency.
• Support client workshops to maximize solution adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
• Shadow partner engineering teams to stay aligned on evolving capabilities.
