Job summary

Advanced Solutions International is seeking an Associate Sales Support Engineer to help drive growth for OpenWater, iMIS, TopClass, Clowder, and other ASI software solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities, demos, and documentation to support the sales process.

The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities including demo preparation and product inquiries.
• Assist with RFP responses and proposal development.
• Conduct practice demos for partners and maintain demo scripts and videos.
• Stay current on ASI products, policies, and procedures.
