Job summary

Netcracker seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support software and services sales worldwide. You will travel with senior sales teams to meet customers, assist in RFP responses, solve client technical issues, and deliver on-site product demonstrations.

The role requires comfort presenting to large groups, prior sales or sales engineering experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a matrix environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Previous sales or sales engineering experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a matrix environment.
• Able to work in a team to solve complex technical problems with accounts.
• Capable of working under deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts with global sales teams.
• Engage with prospective clients across the sales cycle.
• Contribute to product demonstrations, including specification, testing and delivery.
• Configure Netcracker product and demonstrate advanced concepts.
• Assist the account team in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites worldwide.
