Job summary

IFS North America, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to serve as the technical and functional authority in the sales cycle, translating customer needs into Ultimo solutions. You will support Account Executives in complex deals, deliver compelling demos, and provide accurate estimations for proposals.

You will share insights on new product developments, market trends, and customer requirements to strengthen sales performance and enable wider adoption of Ultimo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and asset-intensive industries.
• Ability to bridge technical depth with commercial impact.
• Experience supporting tenders and structured sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional advisory in the sales process.
• Deliver product demonstrations and enablement with value-focused storytelling.
• Collaborate with Sales to accelerate opportunities from qualification to closing.
• Support bids, requirement documentation, and tenders.
• Share knowledge on new features with the sales team.
