Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales consulting role with a track record of crafting customer solutions.
• Domain knowledge in areas like Originations, Customer Management, or Fraud is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% and present to technical stakeholders or C-suite.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to design innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, priorities, and growth goals and map the right FICO solution.
• Build and deliver customized product demonstrations that connect technology to client needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to architect proofs of concept and full proposals.
• Own RFI/RFP responses, pricing scenarios, ROI analyses, and competitive strategies.
• Represent FICO at client workshops and industry events to strengthen the sales cycle.
