You’ll collaborate with product teams, support the sales cycle from RFI to proposals, and travel 10–25% to engage customers and industry events.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a pre-sales consulting role with a track record of crafting customer solutions.
Domain knowledge in areas like Originations, Customer Management, or Fraud is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel 10–25% and present to technical stakeholders or C-suite.
Ability to work cross-functionally to design innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, priorities, and growth goals and map the right FICO solution.
Build and deliver customized product demonstrations that connect technology to client needs.
Collaborate with product teams to architect proofs of concept and full proposals.
Own RFI/RFP responses, pricing scenarios, ROI analyses, and competitive strategies.
Represent FICO at client workshops and industry events to strengthen the sales cycle.
