• 3+ years in personal injury legal operations or insurance claims management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with remote-work capability.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters and carriers.
• Request and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Monitor treatment progression and outcomes.
• Resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Prepare complete case files for demand with lead paralegals.
• Communicate daily with clients through the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain timelines and milestones with precision.
• Identify and fix operational inefficiencies to speed cases.
• Uphold documentation integrity and clear communication.
