Job summary

Springs Law Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a 150–300 case docket from demand through settlement or referral. This role emphasizes legal judgment, valuation, and negotiation strategy with paralegals handling case workups.

The position supports a remote or hybrid Colorado work environment with minimal court appearances, unlimited PTO, and 100% employee health insurance. Strong PI background and familiarity with Filevine are preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience with substantial pre-litigation demand and negotiation experience.
Active Colorado Bar license in good standing or ability to obtain admission by motion/UBE transfer.

Responsibilities

Own a 150–300 case pre-litigation docket from demand through settlement or referral.
Review medical records and treatment plans to understand case value.
Coordinate with treating providers and insurance adjusters for fair resolutions.
Set negotiation strategy and respond to offers within 48 hours.
Direct, coach and supervise paralegals and case managers to move files efficiently.
Communicate case status and settlement recommendations to clients with clarity.
