HireHawk is recruiting for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to independently manage a caseload through the full pre-litigation lifecycle in a remote setting. Qualifications

• Hands-on U.S. personal injury pre-litigation case management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the PI pre-litigation lifecycle preferred.
• Ability to independently open, progress, settle, and close PI cases.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned PI cases from post-intake opening through settlement and closing.
• Open insurance claims and confirm applicable policy limits.
• Coordinate medical treatment and connect clients with providers.
• Monitor treatment progression with awareness of insurance coverage limits.
• Gather, track, and review medical records, bills, and insurance documents.
• Proactively identify next steps to keep cases progressing.
• Maintain communication with clients, providers, carriers, and team members.
• Prepare cases for demand and assist with demand packages and letters.
• Support settlement progression and ensure files are ready for closing.
• Assist with lien reductions as needed.
