The candidate should have a JD, California bar in good standing, and substantial CA employment litigation experience for the appropriate level. Strong drafting, research, and communication skills are essential, with familiarity in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Active CA Bar admission in good standing.
• 4+ years of CA employment litigation for Associate consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel consideration.
• Excellent written and oral communication, research, and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, records requests, and agency charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in client and carrier contact for responses.
• Participate in mediations and settlements.
• Collaborate with Professional Development to deliver work products.
• Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
