Job summary

InStride Health, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to deliver family‑centric, evidence‑based care for children, adolescents, and young adults. This fully remote role supports providers via teletherapy and collaborative teams.

The position requires provisional/associate licensure with an active Rhode Island license and a master’s degree. Training in CBT/ACT/DBT is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based practices and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Provisional / Associate licensure with RI license and Master's degree required.
• Active RI license or pending full licensure with plan to complete requirements within 6–9 months.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with anxiety/OCD preferred.
• Proficiency with evidence-based treatments (CBT/ACT/DBT) and family-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and progress.
• Collaborate with care team (coach, psychiatrist) and supervise trainings.
• Document timely and thorough clinical notes and outcomes.
• Incorporate technology-enhanced care and ensure risk management compliance.
• Support curriculum and training protocol improvements as needed.
• Deliver CBT-based group sessions for parents/caregivers when assigned.
