Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a virtual Pre-Licensed Therapist to deliver family-centered, evidence-based care for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults. This fully remote role focuses on CBT/ACT/DBT approaches within a pediatric context.

The position supports clinicians progressing toward independent licensure, with salary around $70,000 and future increases upon licensure, across the United States, including New Jersey requirements.

Qualifications

• Provisional/Associate licensure with Masters degree and NJ provisional license.
• Active New Jersey license.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training.
• Experience with children/adolescents and anxiety-related disorders.
• Training in CBT/ACT/DBT preferred.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with new technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Culturally responsive and values diversity.
• Commitment to progressing toward independent licensure; state-mandated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).
• Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Provide feedback on the applications of technology in treatment.
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues.
• Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
• Participate in trainings on evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate skills groups for parents/caregivers using the InStride Health curriculum.
