Job summary

InStride Health, Inc. is hiring a virtual Pre-Licensed Therapist to deliver family-centered and evidence-based care to Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults.

This fully remote position supports clinicians working toward independent licensure and offers a compensation structure aligned with licensure status. The role emphasizes CBT, ACT, and tech-enabled care, with a starting salary of $70,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Provisional / Associate licensure with one of two designations.
• Active license in Maine or eligible to obtain.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist)
• Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner
• Participate in trainings on evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery
• Facilitate CBT-based groups for parents/caregivers; integrate ACT and PMT elements
