Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a virtual Pre-Licensed Therapist to deliver family-centered, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and young adults. This fully remote position requires provisional licensure and ongoing work toward independent licensure in Maine.

Qualifications

• Provisional / Associate licensure in social work with a master's degree.
• Provisional / Associate counseling license with a master's degree.
• Active license in Maine.
• Graduate-level clinical internship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).
• Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Provide feedback regarding technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues.
• Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings on the application of evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate CBT-based groups for parents/caregivers focusing on skills development and implementation.
