Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a virtual Pre-Licensed Therapist to provide family-centered, evidence-based care for Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults. This fully remote role emphasizes CBT/ACT/DBT, measurement-based care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Provisional licensure and active Pennsylvania license are required as part of a structured pathway toward independent licensure. The starting annual salary is $70,000 with compensation progression upon licensure, plus a

Qualifications

• Experience delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Background working with children and adolescents with anxiety-related disorders.
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
• Culturally responsive with regard to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).
• Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Provide feedback on technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues.
• Complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner.
• Participate in trainings on application of evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate skills groups for parents/caregivers focusing on skills development and CBT-based content.
