Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to work fully remotely in the United States. You will provide evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and young adults, guided by CBT/ACT/DBT, with supervision toward full licensure.

The role starts at a $70,000 annual salary and includes a path to licensure progression within six to nine months, plus comprehensive benefits. Remote work from home with periodic team activities supports your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Provisional / Associate Counseling License and Master's Degree from an accredited program.
• Active license in Pennsylvania required.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training.
• Experience with children/adolescents with anxiety and related disorders preferred.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).
• Provide feedback on curricula and training protocols.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in trainings.
• Lead skills groups for parents/caregivers using InStride Health curricula.
