Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist for a fully remote role (PA-focused licensure). The position targets clinicians advancing toward full independent licensure, delivering evidence-based care to youths and families.

The role emphasizes family-centered treatment, measurement-based care, and collaboration with care teams, while supporting licensure progression and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Provisional / Associate licensure with designation. Masters degree from an accredited graduate program.
• An active license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required.
• Background in working with children and adolescents with anxiety/disorders.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible, work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members.
• Provide feedback on program curricula and training protocols.
• Provide feedback on technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues.
• Complete documentation timely and thoroughly.
• Participate in trainings on evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.
• Facilitate skills groups for parents/caregivers using the InStride Health curriculum.
