Job summary

InStride Health seeks a pre-licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist for a fully remote role in Rhode Island. You will provide evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families, using measurement-based care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position supports clinicians progressing toward independent licensure and offers remote work from anywhere in the US. You will need a provisional/associate license with a master’s degree and an active RI license, plus internship

Qualifications

• Provisional/Associate licensure in RI with a related master’s degree.
• Active Rhode Island license or eligibility to obtain licensure as soon as possible.
• Graduate clinical internship with therapy training required.
• Experience with children/adolescents and anxiety-related disorders preferred.
• Familiarity with CBT/ACT/DBT or other evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to children, adolescents, and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and progress.
• Lead and collaborate with care team members including coach and psychiatrist.
• Offer feedback on curricula, training protocols, and tech-enhanced care.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in trainings on evidence-based care.
