Corevia Search is partnering with a growing General Contractor in the United States to hire a Pre-Construction Coordinator. This remote-first role supports pre-construction across major projects, aligning bid packages, drawings, schedules and documentation with estimating and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in pre-construction or construction coordination.
• Experience working for a General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Experience coordinating project documentation, drawings, schedules and bid packages.
• Strong organizational and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction activities across multiple projects.
• Manage project documentation, drawings, specifications and bid packages.
• Coordinate with estimating, design, project management and external consultants.
• Assist with bid invitations, subcontractor communications and bid tracking.
• Support project schedules, procurement planning and pre-construction timelines.
• Organize meetings, maintain action logs and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
• Track project information, documentation and key deadlines.
