Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree.
• 3 years Medical Billing/Coding experience.
• Certification CPC and RHIT credentials.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned teams in daily eligibility, benefits, and referrals.
• Coordinate and document referrals and authorizations.
• Interface with payers to verify eligibility and obtain benefit information.
• Communicate with patients about self-pay status and financial options.
• Provide education and training to staff.
• Identify registration issues and support other departments.
