Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, provider relations, or a related role.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with executives and teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs or educational initiatives.
• Proficiency in data management tools and Excel or data visualization software.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Provider engagement with large provider groups (1,000+ members).
• Analyze provider performance metrics and clinical operations for VBC readiness and risk.
• Collaborate to design and deliver training for primary care and specialty providers.
• Lead initiatives and monitor progress of performance improvement plans.
• Conduct audits, reviews and recommendations for provider practices.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to align objectives and support providers.
• Collect, analyze and report provider performance data in dashboards for leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and health equity initiatives.
