Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, provider relations, or related role.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence executives and providers.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs or educational initiatives.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel and visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with large provider groups (1,000+ members) to promote engagement.
• Analyze provider performance metrics and clinical operations for readiness and cost of care improvements.
• Collaborate to design training programs for primary care and specialty providers.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
• Conduct audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and quality teams to align goals.
• Collect, analyze, and report provider performance data to leadership.
