Qualifications

• 5-7 years in healthcare quality improvement or provider relations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level influence.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs or educational initiatives.
• Proficiency with data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, visualization software).
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Provider engagement with large groups (1,000+ members).
• Analyze provider performance metrics and clinical operations for VBC readiness.
• Collaborate to design training programs for primary care and specialties.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
• Conduct audits and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical, quality, and provider relations teams.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership on KPIs and trends.
• Stay current on industry trends and health equity initiatives.
