Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or related role.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence executives and teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT.
