Thrivent is seeking a Virtual Financial Advisor to deliver purpose-driven financial guidance via virtual meetings. You’ll re-engage existing clients, schedule appointments by phone or video, and build trust through consultative conversations using Thrivent’s advice framework.

Training and development are emphasized; you may join a local team or build your own practice within 18–24 months. This is a remote role with strong support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
• State insurance licensed and appointed in life, health and variable lines of authority or obtained within 90 days.
• Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.
• Satisfactory background check (criminal and financial).

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationship-building skills to engage clients with confidence and clarity.
• Guide clients aligned with Thrivent’s mission to create and maintain financial plans.
• Meet with clients virtually to provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Access a large existing client base while helping your natural market.
• Utilize tools like ThriventPlanning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro and Morningstar; equipment provided.
• Receive support from a collaborative culture focused on your success.
