Thrivent Financial in Minnesota seeks a Growth & Development Manager for Virtual Advice - Hybrid to lead a local team of nationally licensed advisors serving clients nationwide. Drive coaching, performance management, onboarding, and a culture focused on client-centric results and growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, FINRA licensing eligibility, and virtual/hybrid leadership experience. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior financial advisor experience and leading a team of eight or more.
• Eligible for Securities and Insurance licensing in all states and D.C.; Life/Health licenses preferred and must be obtained within 120 days.
• Experience in financial planning, investment, and insurance products; consultative sales models.
• Experience working in a virtual or hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local market team of advisors and drive performance and culture.
• Provide daily/weekly coaching on consultative sales and advice-based recommendations.
• Manage onboarding, training, and development to accelerate productivity.
• Align with organizational objectives and budgetary decisions.
