Thrivent Financial seeks a Teambing Consultant to collaborate with matrixed partners and field leadership to advance advisor teaming, capacity, and sales outcomes. You will design playbooks, optimize systems, and build scalable programs across Thrivent.

You will deliver advanced business support to financial advisors, guiding growth initiatives with customized solutions and data-driven improvements. Remote US-based position offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance/business administration.
• Minimum 5 years guiding financial advisors through teaming initiatives or similar programs.
• Experience with advanced teaming structures and client service models.
• Experience creating and facilitating content for large or small groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field sales leadership to deploy strategies that boost productivity and capacity for financial advisors and teams.
• Provide unified guidance and tailor growth strategies through one-on-one and group sessions.
• Develop customized plans to enhance leadership capabilities and professional growth for advisors.
• Create resources on team formation, development, and conflict resolution; address operational needs.
