Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in outpatient practice administration, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Experience handling claims, denials, follow-up, and payer communications.
• Ability to translate billing issues into actionable process changes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted partner to practice owners and administrators.
• Manage the full billing cycle from claim submission to follow-up and collections.
• Connect front-office workflows with billing outcomes and address registration/eligibility issues.
• Investigate unpaid claims, coordinate with teams, and drive resolutions.
• Review accounts receivable and trend data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach staff through workflow changes with clear communication and follow-up.
