• Experience in medical billing and medical office operations.
• Knowledge of insurance claims, payment posting, denials, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Experience supervising staff or managing a medical office.

Responsibilities

• Personally submit, review, and correct insurance claims and monitor status.
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately and monitor accounts receivable.
• Investigate rejected/denied claims and prepare appeals when needed.
• Coordinate with insurers and external billing partners and maintain records.
• Supervise front desk staff, verify eligibility, and ensure patient balances are collected.
