Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll set targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narratives on client calls. This is an AI-first digital agency, focused on paid search and social ads, with a strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, track conversions with GA4, and deliver 90-day roadmaps and quarterly performance reviews for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
