Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for multifamily accounts. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice for campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

You will lead conversion tracking, roadmaps, and account growth, working with US clients on live calls in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multifamily accounts
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Implement conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present performance narratives
• Drive account growth via retention, upsell, and long-term relationships
