Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and roadmaps, and serve as the strategic voice when clients ask why decisions were made.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgeting, bidding, targeting, testing, and when to kill a campaign, while ensuring solid attribution with GA4 and Tag Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship
