Job summary

Scopic is hiring a growth-focused digital marketer for a remote, full-remote position. You will plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels while collaborating with a 250+ person team in 60+ countries.

You’ll design growth experiments, analyze funnel metrics, write SEO content, and contribute across campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing in a dynamic remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Strong practical expertise in PPC, with proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Proven experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns with data-backed results.
• Demonstrated experience improving metrics like leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, or revenue.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, and remarketing.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
• Plan, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns (email, social, content, paid).
• Develop and execute growth experiments across paid ads, landing pages, email, content, social.
• Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research for new opportunities.
• Write and edit SEO-driven content independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness efforts.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel ensuring quality and timely delivery.
